As the owner and founder of both REV Real Estate and REV Equity Group, Dallon provides the tools, resources, and relationships necessary to accelerate your way to financial freedom. Dallon is actively looking for opportunities to bring value to those around him. As the founder and visionary, Dallon focuses on developing and overseeing REV’s growth strategy and maintaining strategic partnerships with other active operators and passive investors to ensure a win-win experience for all parties involved. Dallon has been investing in real estate since 2018 and within 1 ½ years of starting, he quit his W2 job to begin developing and purchasing multimillion-dollar properties. He is also the founder of Rev X, which is an all-inclusive, high caliber experience focused on bringing high-performing real estate entrepreneurs together for an exclusive weekend to vacation, network, learn and empower each other to elevate their lives both personally and professionally.
Director of Operations
With over 25 years of experience in the pyrotechnic and vehicle safety industry, Jim has excelled in developing systems and processes as well as managing projects and people. His primary role within REV is to oversee the operations and asset management of both the multifamily and self-storage assets. Using his strength in creating and carrying out efficient systems, Jim is able to ensure the business plan and vision of REV is successfully executed with each asset acquired. His attention to detail and deadlines qualifies him to oversee any asset and project management in which REV is either developing ground up or purchasing an existing value-add property. Jim’s ongoing responsibilities include managing due diligence inspections with vendors, raising private investor capital, and managing the loan process for successful property acquisitions. Jim prides himself in serving others and is energized by life and his family.
Director of Acquisitions
With over 10 years of experience as a multifamily appraiser, Cameron’s focus as part of the REV team is to oversee asset acquisition. His duties include building and nurturing relationships with local brokers and owners as well as analyzing every deal that fits REV’s conservative criteria. Cameron’s experience and expertise in multifamily valuations ensures a smooth process from acquisition to disposition while anticipating healthy returns to investors while mitigating risk. Cameron previously worked at CBRE as a valuation specialist and recently transitioned to Newmark. Cameron and his team excel in efficient valuations of multifamily assets throughout the state of Arizona, appraising over $1 Billion in multifamily assets annually. His expertise and knowledge of current and future trends within the apartment investing sphere bring an insiders view of what to expect when transacting multifamily real estate and has partnered with REV to ensure constant deal flow with conservative analysis and proforma creation.
Director ofInvestor Relations & Marketing
As the director of investor relations, Lacey’s primary role within REV is to ensure smooth and constant communication with REV’s investors throughout each cycle of the investment process from initial calls all the way through disposition of the property. Lacey seemlessly navigates REV’s investors through the verificaiton process which then enables them to gain access to REV’s investment opportunities. Lacey also oversees all marketing efforts for both REV Equity Group as well as the REV Multifamily Meetup, a multi-state gathering focused exclusively on apartment investing and networking. Lacey is an active real estate investor with a diverse portfolio of cash flowing assets throughout Arizona. Lacey is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona
Project & Systems Manager
Paul is an active multifamily investor with experience in both ground up development and value-add properties. Paul has extensive experience with project management and has a unique talent in developing efficient work flows and systems to ensure maximum productivity within the organizations he is involved in. Paul’s role within REV is to oversee the development of effective systems to ensure a successful and smooth experience for all investors from start to finish as well as assit in overseeing the effective management of the project specific business plan. Paul takes to heart the saying that you don’t rise to the level of your goals but fall to the level of your systems. Paul has an integral role in ensuring that the growth plan of REV is executed effectively so that they can continue providing value to all partners, investors, vendors and tenants they serve.
