Paul is an active multifamily investor with experience in both ground up development and value-add properties. Paul has extensive experience with project management in overseeing over $1.5B worth of Capital Improvement and Private Development Projects. He has a unique talent in developing efficient workflows and systems to ensure maximum productivity.

Paul’s role within REV is to oversee the development of effective systems to ensure we are effectively efficient for all investors from start to finish as well as assist in overseeing the management of the project specific business plan. Paul takes to heart the saying that you don’t rise to the level of your goals but fall to the level of your systems. Paul has an integral role in ensuring that the growth plan of REV is executed effectively so that we can continue providing value to all partners we serve.
