Located in the growing town of Safford, AZ, this project was acquired in February of 2017 and consisted of two four-plex properties. The Safford Community constituted a value-add project with a 1 year turnaround.

The project involved extensive interior and exterior renovations that encompassed a wide range of improvements such as repainting, re-flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and roof replacements.

These enhancements resulted in an enhanced aesthetic appeal, enabling us to achieve a 28% increase in rents. The renovations not only created an improved living experience for our tenants but also elevated the overall community.
